
Importance of Morning Hour:
Morning hours have an immense influence on our lives. Since our lives have become very busy, work pressure is mounting every day. So, the lives of every professional are getting challenging as far as fitness is concerned. It is alarming that many people are prone to fatal diseases related to the heart and lungs, etc., before reaching their forties. As life is ours, so choice is ours.
As a renowned proverb goes on for ages.
” Early to bed and early to rise,
Makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise”.
But are we taking a wise decision?
Are we concerned about our precious health?
Are we not doing injustice to ourselves by not involving ourselves in some outdoor activities like walking, playing, and doing some physical exercise?
The precious time of our lives will go away over time. So, we need to make the right decision now. We will have to decide how we will spend our mourning hours. Will we sit idly in the cozy corner of the room, or will we come out of our sweet room, shaking away all the drowsiness, laziness, and yarning of a lethargic and monotonous life?
A strong determination is needed to change the bad habits of our lives:
Actually, human beings are very prone to lazy and sluggish lives.
Oh! It’s probably not true about you? It’s about me.
This is one of the weaknesses of my life that I can’t maintain the regularity in morning walks and physical exercises.
It’s that very laziness and sluggishness that pull me back. However, sometimes I can overcome it and sometimes I can’t. But, I know that this won’t bring anything good to my life.
So, I ask myself where my shortcomings are.? Then I discovered that it is determination that l lack so far. Really, determination works like a magic wand in a person’s life if he/she practice it in their daily life. A person who has strong determination in his/her life will achieve anything he wants, InshaAllah.
I am trying to achieve this human quality. Every morning when I go for a morning walk, I see many people like my parents and grandparents walking, jogging, and doing physical exercises. The activities of these respected and honorable old people inspire me to be determined.

Importance of Fajar Prayer:
The importance of Fajar prayer can’t be denied in our lives.
So, at first I say my Fajar prayer and then I go out for walks. Yes, before coming out of your house, say your Fajar prayer. It has a great positive impact on our lives. Some great people have said that if you want to be disciplined in your life, be pious in your life. So, at the very commence of the day, say everything and want everything that you want to your Lord, Allah, Who is the creator of all things in and out of the universe.
I believe that it will build a positive intent in your mind and will increase your self-belief. I hope everything will go fine, insha-Allah. I have really benefited from this change.
Creating awareness among young people about morning walks and exercise:
Let me share my morning experiences with you. I have already told you that in the morning, I usually see old people doing free-hand physical exercises regularly. The age of most of these people is above sixty. On the other hand, I have hardly seen such a group of young people who are especially over forty.
Look, here lies the problem in our mindset. The people who have already reached sixty to seventy, and are suffering from different types of health problems, have realized that they should do some physical activity every day. But, the people who are still young in age are not that serious about their health.
Actually, here we need to work, because if these people remain indifferent to their health, in the future, they are going to encounter some health issues. So, we can create awareness among our young people regarding health, as
we know that a sound mind lives in a sound body.
A Matter of Concern:
It’s a matter of concern that very few young people are seen walking and doing exercises in the morning. So, it is my earnest request to my young friends. Get up early in the morning, say your prayer, and come out of your house for walking and exercise. This will help you build your physical structure and make your body fit. Not only that, it also helps you keep your mind strong, energizes you, and helps you carry out your work and studies.
Nature has a healing influence on our minds:

Morning walk is not only important for health, but it also refreshes our minds. While walking, we enjoy beauty, serenity, tranquility, as well as the charming sounds of nature. We also enjoy the sweet songs of different birds like cockoos, magpies, sparrows, and robins etc. We know many poets and poetesses have written many poems regarding the spell-binding beauty of nature.

Our life is full of din and bustle, hue and cry, stress and sufferings. Sometimes, it becomes indispensable to take a short break and get relief. Nature will come to you as your friend to give you relief from the pain of mundane life, as it has a soothing and healing impact on our minds. So, sometimes, we want to get carried away in the lap of nature, forgetting about all the sorrows and sufferings of our lives. As an American poet named Robert Frost wrote in his poem, ” Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening”.
“The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.”
So, sometimes we need to manage time for leisure to enjoy the natural beauty. A morning walk can provide us with such an opportunity for refreshment and creation. Though our lives are full of obligations, duties, and responsibilities, we need to manage time for ourselves to keep our bodies fit and minds fresh.
Comfortable Walk:
To make our morning walk comfortable, we will have to ensure a set of comfortable walking kits. We need to wear a cotton T-shirt, light trousers, and light sketchers or sneakers. We should keep our walking kits like shoes, socks, a T-shirt, and trousers neat and clean. If we wear clean dresses, we will feel fresh and comfortable.

The other day, during my morning walk, I also enjoyed a group of young boys learning Karate. It was really an inspiring moment for me. Karate is also a great means of physical exercise to keep us fit. It is also a great skill to acquire for our personal safety and security. I really enjoyed their practice session.
In fine, it can be said that the importance of morning walks and exercises can be delineated in a few words. Keep moving, keep doing exercises, and maintain regular morning walks. Be a happy-go-lucky person.
